Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Thank you I do not accept what they say as the rod was less than 12 months old and was only used once but it looks like I am stuck with it I have not received the rod yet though and I have e mailed them as the rod arrived in the UK via parcelforce but was lost at the depot Parcelforce said that the sender Scott Fly Rods must make a claim for the lost shipment as it has not been delivered to me Please can you ask Scott Fly Rods to make the failed delivery claim with UPS for me so I can get a final resolution to the issue as I still have no rod Thank You [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. Re: ID [redacted]In response to the letter you sent July 13 2016[redacted]I received an email from [redacted] sent the 16th of June 2016, stating that he received his rod and that he thanked us and that the new cork handle looks great.Let me know if you need any thing else.Thank you
