I am rejecting this response because:Motor Mounts? ...

Motor mounts have never been brought up and motor mounts have never been a concern.  It is apparent that Norman Mitsubishi does not take the Revdex.com seriously.  Whomever reads and responds to Revdex.com does not have any information regarding my claim against Norman Mitsubishi.  The transmission has been repaired and I believe Norman Mitsubishi is responsible for paying for the repair bills.

This is so untrue. The transmission was never brought up when the customer called us. He wanted new motor mounts.

I am rejecting this response because:The dealership manager I spoke with claimed the dealership sent letter. Loan institution accepted my application and granted the loan. I refused the loan.The poor innocent citizen's telephone number on the dealer's response form needs to be removed.The letter clearly stated it was from Norman Mitsubishi.How can a business operate using such lies???

I am rejecting this response because:Norman Mitsubishi and I are still in the process of resolving the issue.  We will know more about the condition of the car once the part has been replaced, and the diagnostics have be run again on the car.  The part is set to arrive on the 20th of September, it is currently back ordered.  However, I do want to say that Norman Mitsubishi has been very responsive, and cooperative in working towards a resolution to my problem.

Our credit application clearly states that when you click submit you are electronically signing for your credit to be pulled and submitted for lending purposes. The letter of acceptance/denial is not sent from the dealership, but sent from the lender. If there are any discrepancies with the letter,...

those issues need to be taken up with the lender, not the dealership. We, the dealership, do not actually mail out anything to our customers. Our managers do not hang up on anyone, so you must have gotten connected with the wrong person. I do apologize if you did get hung up on.

The vehicle came into service on 6/21/2016. The customer stated the vehicle was running rough. The technician found the vehicle to be misfiring. The technician replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires and TIPM (total integrated power module). The total cost of repair was $462.56. This bill was...

paid for by the dealership - the customer was charged nothing. The technician test drove the vehicle and the vehicle check engine light reappeared. The technician pulled the engine diagnostic code and found it to be an internal failure in the TCM (Transmission Control Module). The vehicle is a unique version of the PT Cruiser and contains a turbocharger that they only made for one year. Because of this, a new TCM has to be ordered - a used or aftermarket TCM could not be found.    We are currently working with the customer to have the TCM replaced. The dealership will pay the cost of the new part ($900) and labor.

I am rejecting this response because: I have played enough let's call people just to get the run around. CFO talked to the VP and Whoever is in charge of services and was told I should have purchased a warranty
