Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been in contact with the Scott Harrison plumbimg & Heating Incsince the date he contacted me by e-mail, because I want to have everything in writing with them Up to date I have not received any solution to resolve this matter from Scott Harrison Plumbing & Heating IncMrHarrison personally came to my home and blame his own employee for a wrong doing practiceThen the second attempt to repair the leak failed again and I had to paid his company $1, for not solving the problemI end up paying additional $2,to another company to solve it(receipts and documents of the final repair for $2,are available upon request)Also I would like to add that on January 16, MrHarrison left my property as soon as he realized his employee did the wrong pipe On top of that his employee failed as well to verify that the leak had stopped before to proceed to re-route the pipe.At this point, to solve this issue I request full refund of the original amount that was paid to MrHarrison's company, $1, Regards, [redacted] *** Homeowner

Please see the email she sent and I replied too.She now is clarifying her request. I have been in contact with the Scott Harrison plumbimg & Heating Inc. since the date he contacted me by e-mail, because I want to have everything in writing with them.  Up to date I have not received any solution to resolve this matter from Scott Harrison Plumbing & Heating Inc. Mr. Harrison personally came to my home and blame his own employee for a wrong doing practice. Then the second attempt to repair the leak failed again and I had to paid his company $1,335  for not solving the problem. I end up paying additional $2,400 to another company to solve it. (receipts and documents of the final repair for $2,400 are available upon request)Also I would like to add that on January 16, 2016 Mr. Harrison left my property as soon as he realized his employee did the wrong pipe.  On top of that his employee failed as well to verify  that the leak had stopped before to proceed to re-route the pipe.At this point, to solve this issue I request full refund of the original amount that was paid to Mr. Harrison's company, $1,335.
