the customer is a thief and a liar he had bought the drone with full understanding of its capabilities we discussed the drone for about a hour before he mad the purchasethen he called his bank after buying the drone with a credit card and reported that he never bought the drone so the bank gave him a full refund and I still don't have my drone back and I'm fighting the bank to get the money he got refundedso he stole the drone from me and lied and now filled a complaintI want to press charges but the police wont get involved in the matterso I don't understand why the complaint is against me when the customer scammed me and has nothing but caused me a headache thank you ; [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:These people who accused me as a thief, they are the thief themselves and their shop and business needs to be closed for goods They are the one who lie to me about the drone and what they said was not true and they want to sell the drone with bunch of lies I am sure I am not the only one who cut with this kind of cheating Once, I bought the drone with in hours I took the drone back and ask them for refund and they told me they do not accept return I told them what they told me about the drone was not correct and they should take the drone back, but they refused Since I bought this with credit card, I did called me credit card and I told them about the purchase that I made They told me since I am not satisfied with the product, they are not going to charge me This has nothing to do with the theft This is the credit card policy which they do insure everything that you buy using their credit card I did explain to the credit card company and they did agree with me I do have the drone and I have not used it at all, because it was junk and I do not have any use for it and they can have it These people should be honest to the customer and not lie to them about their product

we want the drone back since he has gotten a full refund then we will be happy im sorry this happened but we can not please every customerwe have been in business for several years and this is the first time this has ever happenedwe feel this guy has been nothing but trouble, and we would like the guy to return the drone our business has lost money due to this situationhe has bought the drone then called his credit card company and got a refundwe have lost the drone and the money and cost us a lot of time fighting the credit card company for the money backwe would like him to either pay for the drone he has in his possession or return the drone
