Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The copies of the x-rays received by *** *** were completely unreadable and had to be redone We are more that willing submit those as evidenceNo other records were submitted by doctor H***'s office We still have not been given an itemized accounting of what work was performed and what the cost of that work was Failure to comply with request has only delayed necessary dental work that needs to be performed so that we can verify through a 2nd opinion that that work was indeed done and done in a competent manner.Sincerely,*** ***

Attached you will find the proof that Both *** and *** ***'s records were sent to *** *** on January 10,As you can also see the records release was received by our office via fax on the 4th of January and the Date of Request was December 29,2016, but there is also a date of
October 24, 2016, which is unclear as to what this date representsThe records were emailed to ***As you know, we do not have any control in regards to offices reading their emails, so we performed our due diligence, *** *** perhaps did notThe allegations made by the patient are completely incorrect

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Why is Scott H[redacted]'s office dragging this along, not providing information for weeks at a time?  This just shows contempt and a complete disregard for this request.  They may have provided us with an itemized account at the time, while we were still under the effects of drugs and 3 hours in the chair, but why can't we request, and be provided with another copy in a timely manner?   Their lack of cooperation on this and combative attitude is exactly what we have an issue with.  It shouldn't be this hard
Also, the "poor quality, unusable dental xrays" provided to [redacted] were not provided until the day I wrote a negative "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" review.  I wrote that review early morning before their office was open because we had waited several weeks with no response.   Then, on that very day, they get sent.  What a coincidence! This is ridiculous.  This is getting elevated by us to the Idaho Board of Dentistry and we will get to the bottom of this.  Sincerely,[redacted]
