The customer Mr*** brought in his car complaining of tires rubbing on the fender wells the car had aftermarket suspension installed in my professional opinion with the current suspension installed the car could not be raised up to original ride height and operate correctly.We
discussed this and decided to replace the suspensionI ordered the new suspension and it did takea while to be delivered and they arrived on a friday afternoonWhen I came in on monday morningthe car was gone I tried to contact Mr*** for hours with no answerI had no choice but to call the policeand report the car stolenMr*** called me later in the day saying that he picked up the car without my knowledge.saying he would return the car later in the weekHe never return with the car as promised and I have been holding the parts for weeks then he called me and said some other shop did work on his car and he wanted his money back.because of the time he took deciding not to do the job I am having a hard time returning the parts.I'm trying my best to return them.thank you Scott Imports
