I have read the complaint from [redacted] and I was the manager she spoke with when she was in the dealership on 4/I explained to her that she did fill out the credit app online and gave the dealership permission to run her credit to obtain financingI told her there is never a "soft pull" when buying a car and her credit needed to be ran for the banksDue to her credit situation in December we were unable to obtain financing for her at the timeWhen she was back in on the and we spoke and after explained about the credit app and the induiry she told us she wanted to try again to get a carWe informed her she would have to fill out the credit app again for us to run her creditShe knew there would be another inquiry on her credit at that timeShe again gave the dealership permission to run her credit to see if we could put a deal togetherI am not sure what she is looking for here but we would never run credit without permissionPlease feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** has failed to acknowledge the fact that I was told by his employee *** *** for the 12/9/visit that it would be a soft inquiry and not a hard inquiryI specifically asked and was informed that it was a soft. *** *** also failed to acknowledge that when I disputed it with the credit bureau because I was upset at the deceitfulness and unauthorized inquiryFurthermore he failed to acknowledge that he apologized profusely to my face along with *** *** for me being informed of "false" information when I appeared at the dealership on 4/21/In person, I also refuted when you showed me a copy of my online application where you allege that I gave the permission for a hard inquiryNo where on the application does it specify between a hard or soft inquiry where I informed you to your face that it wasn't really specificPlease include a copy of the application that specifically states that I agreed to a hard inquiryPlease show me documentation that is descriptive on your applications running a consumers credit with either a hard or a soft inquiry.If this information is not clear and concise in your application,one would have no choice but to take the word of a salesman as I did when I was informed it was a soft inquiry.On the 4/21/visit, I signed the new application But upon *** *** bringing me back estimates of what he thought my car payments would be, he assured me that they hadn't run my credit yetSo when I asked for the application back and he informed me that it was shredded, I actually believe that the dealership was working under the premise of professional integrity which proved to be my errorUpon leaving the dealership is when I was notified of yet ANOTHER unauthorized inquiry.Based on the deceitful and malicious business practices at your company, I will now be forced to file a complaint with the *** *** in order for someone to hold your business accountable for your unethical and fraudulent business practices

when buying a car and her credit needed to be ran for the banks. Due to her credit situation in December we were unable to obtain financing for her at the time. When she was back in on the 21 and we spoke and after explained about the credit app and the induiry she told us she wanted to try again to get a car. We informed her she would have to fill out the credit app again for us to run her credit. She knew there would be another inquiry on her credit at that time. She again gave the dealership permission to run her credit to see if we could put a deal together. I am not sure what she is looking for here but we would never run credit without permission.
