Scott plumbing was the 4th company I had come out to look for the reason for water coming in through the first floor ceiling. The prior companies had no solution and no cause. Scott plumbing identified the problem within 5 minutes, fixed the leak and problem was solved for a cost less than what I had been previously charged by other companies that never even fixed it.
