If the owner, (Mr***), would kindly extend to us photo's of the code violationsThe inspectors report of HVAC code violationsThe itemized costs to correct those code violations I will gladly review these expenses and reportsWhen I receive this information I can make a decision with respect to the owners request for reimbursementThank You

Dear Revdex.com,We do not have a contract with Mr. [redacted], for the work performed at the [redacted]. We contracted with the trustee of the previous owner. We met with the representative, received the directives we were to accomplish, completed them, and were...

paid. The previous owners did not know the intention of the buyer when we performed the work, there were other buyers under consideration. The basement was finished so we were directed to run the ducts where they were accessible. When Mr. [redacted] purchased the home, all this work was performed by our company, and inspected by his people. He knew before occupying this residence the existing conditions and chose to purchase the home without contingencies. He removed the existing dry wall ceilings, walls, and studs after purchasing the home. It was at this point he discovered mold, dust and debris.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This response is classic of Scott Hale plumbing trying to make things not their problem. As a licensed installer a HVAC company CANNOT install a system against code based on the opinion of a non-licensed non professional person. I have picture proof as well as a letter from a inspector stating that the work done by Scott Hale was against code. In addition, Scott Hale was indeed installing the unit in the house when I entered into a purchase agreement for this home, it was a condition that the unit be installed properly prior to purchase. I have ample proof including the real estate agents from both sides to verify dates and personal encounters with Scott Hale personnel, my agent spoke to installers from Scott Hale during the purchase period. The unit should have been installed to CODE as well as to a professional standard required of a AAA rated business. The work that was performed was FAR from that.  I have also been in contact with Mike from Scott hale who is the manager of the HVAC side of their business, I have proof of conversations, pictures being sent, as well as phone conversations with him. Scott Hale had a open return air, which is not to code, it also had gas and electrical lines passing through it, also against code. They endangered the lives of my family. Thank [redacted] I opened the walls to expose their job for the crap it was. This is FACT, Scott hale did a [redacted] job, and admitted to going by the advise of a unlicensed professional in installing a HVAC system. As a physician I am liable for the work I DO, I cannot blame my patients for the treatment I provide. The same rule applies here. Scott Hales response and inability to own up to their mistakes, their arrogant behavior, poor quality compliance and poor communication is precisely why the Revdex.com needs to downgrade this horrible businesses rating. Customers need to be aware of their poor business practices.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

[redacted], I left a message on your phone this morning with the hope of resolving the issues that you have with our company. First let me apologize for those areas of concern, that you listed in your complaint with the Revdex.com, that have not be resolved. I will be glad to have you select a bathroom...

faucet that is suitable for you and we will install it at no extra charge. Please let us know what faucet you desire and the model number and we will purchase and install the faucet for you. The only requirement we have is that the faucet will fit on the sink that now exists or we will refund the $387 that was paid originally. I will happily refund you maintenance agreement amount of $120. We will extend the warrantee of the shower valve to 2 years from the date of installation, as per your request and will repair/replace the valve as needed during that time, at no additional cost to you. If you allow us to replace the bathroom faucet that you select, I will bring up 4 bags of salt to fill your water softener, at no additional cost too. I wish that you would have called me first, because I am unaware there was a problem with the work we were performing for you. I will address the issues that were mentioned in your Revdex.com letter with my team to correct any internal problems we have. I await your response. We will move forward at your request once we hear back from you. I will be traveling today so you won't be able to reach me until tonight after 8:00. Thanks, Scott H[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because I gave them another chance to come to do repairs only and they did not respond.  They were only interested in the $14,000 sale.  I consider this matter closed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],On November 20, 2017, our plumbing service manager was able to go out to your home and deliver the requested actions. This included sheet rock to replace the hole in the wall, repaired the faucet and tub, added salt to the water softener, and refunded $120 for the service partner plan membership. After communicating with our owner, Scott H[redacted], and receiving the most recent service, we believe we have addressed all of the concerns regarding this matter. We are glad to resolve this for you. Thank you,Cameron

[redacted], We at Scott Hale apologize for any discomfort or lack of trust you experienced with our technician. We will always be willing to correct your concerns. Tyler evaluated your furnace and AC. The AC is 8 yrs old and the compressor drawing high amps. The Furnace 3 of 11 tubes appear to be...

loose and soot building up. We want to provide a great service to you and apologize again for any inconvenience. You paid $39 for the Furnace tune up and $39 for the AC tune up,  I will issue you a refund in the amount $78.00 and request that this concern be closed as resolved. Thank You, Candace K[redacted] Scott Hale Plumbing Heating and Air ###-###-####
