Dear Revdex.com,We do not have a contract with Mr***, for the work performed at the [redacted] ***We contracted with the trustee of the previous ownerWe met with the representative, received the directives we were to accomplish, completed them, and were paid.The previous owners did not know the intention of the buyer when we performed the work, there were other buyers under considerationThe basement was finished so we were directed to run the ducts where they were accessibleWhen Mr [redacted] purchased the home, all this work was performed by our company, and inspected by his peopleHe knew before occupying this residence the existing conditions and chose to purchase the home without contingencies.He removed the existing dry wall ceilings, walls, and studs after purchasing the homeIt was at this point he discovered mold, dust and debris
