Scott and *** is under contract with MSD to replace sanitary sewer facilities within this existing aging neighborhoodMSD requested the signed agreement from the property owner so his private line could be replaced with a new one on his private propertyThis type of work entails blasting, deep trench excavation and installing new sanitary sewer facilitiesIt is taking place primarily within existing right of wayThere will be more work within the complainant's private property to attach his private line from his house to the new main in the street in the near futureUnfortunately this type of work occasionally creates interruptions of other existing utilities and is very obtrusive to the entire neighborhoodThere are no alternative means to replace the existing facilityHis situation is like most of the residents in the neighborhood and is being conducted under the watchful eye of MSD representativesIn a couple of months it will be concludedAll facilities will be returned to as close to original condition as possible
