Extra rock from thousands of dollars in purchasingpromised returnscott stone never picked up, after multiple promises

I've purchased a good amount of stone from you guys over the past year
I requested in May that *** take back some extra stone/rock, because the job site was complete and new tenants were taking over the property
It has been over and a half months since this request
I looked at your core values listed here: http://www.scottstone.com/about-scott-stone
I don't feel like *** is living up to his core values of Integrity and Communication
I've gone ahead and filled a Revdex.com.org complaint, because I do have emails from him saying he would pick it up, multiple timesI called in late may as well and was told that there "wasn't a definite date, but they pick up rock whenever they're in the area"This has obviously gotten kind of ridiculous
At this point I dont know that I could recommend your company or use your services again
