My daughter went through the process of braces and while in her retainer had an abscess that her dentist didn't catch for months. It made her sick and she stopped wearing he retainer. He teeth moved so much her retainer no longer fit. We had to return to discuss options to return her teeth to post braces. The office staff was very judgemental and rude to not only my daughter but myself as well. They refused to work with us and continued their disrespect even after I expressed my disappointment. My point to them at the time was that my daughter's lesson was that she would have more time and work that could have been avoided. Our lesson was more moneyto be spent. Their rudeness and comments to us did nothing as far as a lesson, it showed how unprofessional they were.
