I hired and paid Atty Jezek to handle a simple estate for my parent who had passed Right from the get go he and his staff doesn't return emails and calls All of my emails and correspondence are saved in a file for proof I could not get them to finalize the estate so I fired him I hired another attorney to complete the paperwork and as she goes through the files she can't understand how he got his numbers and has to AMEND & REFILE every form he filed with the court And for the first time in her career the court refunded an estate ($800) because we overpaid the court fee based on a number Atty Jezek provided the court...$300k more than should have been reported Again my new attorney had no idea why he would put such a number Imagine the people who never get the paperwork double checked Completely shoddy workNo effortI paid a fortune to a 2nd atty tto correct what I already paid Atty Jezek for All can be verified as these were legal documents filed with the court
