Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have and am once again giving valid authorization for BSW to release information regarding this complaintI personally have already given copies of the billings to me (names & acct.s deleted only) to Revdex.com showing what a mess BSW accounting is in.Since submitting my complaint to Revdex.com, I have received another billing summary that shows BSW once again issueing a refund of $31, then they "zero" it out NOTE: To date, months after DOS, I have not received ANY refund from BSW.I believe they intend to continue with the run-around in hopes I will give upI won't, now it just the principal that they shouldn't treat a cash patient in this manner, I certainly can live without the $they have dangled and never produced! No other business that I know of would be accepted if they ran their business in this mannerCustomers having to fight for even the smallest refunds! Social Media would be all over them!They, BSW, accept Medicare and write off hundreds of dollars (example: wife was seen by BSW and they charged Medicare $490, Medicare and her secondary allowed and paid $BSW wrote off the differenceCost of doing business with MedicareSo I guess cash patients and other Insurances have to carry the load and get the shaft! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I think BSW is doing some very "creative" bookkeepingI have attached the original billing sent to me, then after months of demands for an itemized bill, they sent on 10/2/15, a bill for the PA [redacted] 's services PLUS a bill for Hospital servicesPlz look at dates they made adj, as they match dates I called and dates they promised smallest refund available of $Lots of craziness, as it appears they adjusted bills to zero out balances, nothing showing refunds of any kindI feel I am due my full refund amount indicated in original complaint.Regards, [redacted]

I received a call from them agreeing to meet all the desired outcomes I requested. 
Please accept my sincere thanks for the quick resolution.
I will follow up with them about similar billing errors for my kids that has been ongoing for 3 months and will issue another complaint if false promises are made again.

Account Summary: Patient states that the Scott & White Healthcare billing office is harassing her. She made a payment on her account that...

cleared her bank but was not showing in the billing system.
Conclusion: After careful review of the patient account, I found that Scott & White billing contacted the patient on two different occasions. On April 4, 2013, she was contacted to get a corrected address for her account due to mail being returned and on July 5, 2013 she received a call to get proof of payment so that it could be researched. I believe “harassment” is a stretch.
The patient contacted the billing office on two occasions also. On May 22, 2013, she called questioning her balance and on June 24, 2013 she called to advise that she made payment and it had cleared her bank.
We were able to make the adjustments and corrections ultimately providing the complainant a $165.00 credit.
