I am very sorry that you where disappointed with your jobScott's Paving values all of our customersIt is our goal to satisfy every body we work for and make the experience a pleasurable one[redacted] ordered a car port for her motor home , but had no where to put itSo [redacted] hired us to clear off a section of land at her residenceWe removed many trees , stumps, and large rocks from the areaNext she did not like the idea of parking the motor home in the dirtSo she requested that we install some Hot Tar & Chip Rock [ NOT ASPHALT ,Asphalt is smoother but much more expensive ], before the car port was delivered We installed road base, then applied a course of Hot Tar & Chip Rock /NOT ASPHALT / over the road baseThis was to keep the dirt and dust out of the carport,, WHICH IT DIDEverything was fine and [redacted] was satisfied with the work preformedThe metal carport WITH NO DOORS ,was deliveredLater that month it rainedThe rain blew in the door less ,metal carport and the floor got wetI have personally been back twice and looked at the jobBut I can not stop the rain from blowing in the door less metal carportLong story short , if there was something I could do to make this better ,,,I would have already done it So sorry

I am responding to the comments made by the owner Scott Asphalt. When Scott's company was hired there were specific requirements stated: Level out the ground so when the building is placed it is level. The asphalt ground cover must be smooth enough to walk on it barefoot. As the job was in progress *** approached me and made the recommendation to put down another type of material not being asphaltI reiterated the requirements mentioned aboveHe assured me with his expertise that the results would just be that. I contacted him right away because there was tar everywhere, on my pets, clothes and shoes. Right after that we received a rainThe completed job was not level at all and water was puddled in the building. See pictures on separate email. *** was notified of these concerns and stated he would think of what he could do and or reimburseAs of today he has not taken any actions to correct these situations I want to document that his expertise should be challenged and not taken without researchHe wants to take the payment quickly and as fast get out of the job without making sure the customer is totally satisfied. I am rejecting this response because:he understood the requirementsI want it to be known what he represents as a knowledgeable person, he is notHe will do what is most beneficial for him. I dont believe he has the Revdex.com grade of A+I grade him with a F! Customers needing any type of asphalt work be awareHe won't do the job you agreed on. Please update his records: F grade and customer very dissatisfied with his workPlus he has no recovery plan to correct his work.
