I am rejecting this response because:there has been some communication via email and one phone call, however in just this past week arrangements were made to come to work inside the house and my schedule was adjusted to accommodate the carpenter and on one occasion he just never bothered to show up and on the other occasion he canceled the night before I am attaching photos of the work remaining to be done Our dining room has had plastic hanging over it since JANUARY,,,it is now AUGUST The vents that we were promised would be moved from the walls to the floor has never happened The facing of the deck outside is raw wood which is not what we were promised in the contract The facing elsewhere is covered with the same composite material as the deck is This outdoor work could have been done AT ANY POINT IN THE LAST MONTHS, BUT HAS BEEN IGNORED We are tired of empty promises made by Scott's Roofing
