We had very large trees to removeA 170' Douglas fir and a massive, sick messy hemlock looming dangerously over our new houseAlthough my family has used Scott's Tree Service for decades, I got other estimatesHis price was right in line with the others and less $ than one companyScott came right out, walked us through the estimate, which was detailed and well itemizedHis crew showed up right on time on the agreed dateThey were polite and personableThe trees were completely removed and all the debris was also completely and beautifully removed, leaving our place looking like a parkThe crew even did a little extra work for us beyond the quote! Scott came out and checked his crew and asked us if we were pleased with the workWe are very pleased with the work and highly recommend

On March 2016, we, My husband and I entered into a written contract with Scott's Tree Service PO Box 1925, Poulsbo Wa PH 697-a licensed, bonded and insured company Reg # [redacted] ***The contract was for the removal of two large dead fir trees, the removal of two locust trees and the removal of dead wood off of another large fir tree on our propertyThe written contract was/is for a total of $plus taxa 50% deposit was provided at the time of the signing of the contract between both parties with the agreement that the balance would be due upon completion of the contracted serviceThe tree removal was scheduled to be completed between through MayOn May, late in the evening, a letter with a check was placed at my back door stating they, Scotts Tree Service was now Unable to perform the work for the agreed upon mutually signed contract price and a refund check was also includedThis is in my view a blatant breech of a written contract between Scotts

The issue has been resolved and hopefully you can contact the persons that registered the complaint and have them resind the complaintThank you scott h*** owner of scotts tree service inc Please advise
