Scotte Roofing redid my flat roof. It is leaking badly, they came and looked at it then drive off without a word now they won't return my calls.
Scotte Roofing re roofed the flat portion of my roof a couple of years ago. I immediately had a leak. They came back and repaired it again. Recently there has been bad leaks so I called them again. Mike came out to look at it. He came in and asked me when it was last done. I replied that he/his company had done the job. He said it must have been his brother *** as he didn't remember it. He went back outside then returned to his van and left my property without a word. I have called the office several time and no one will take or return my calls.
Repair the leaks
This was a request for an estimate on a leak repair. We have worked with the owner on repairs in the past we never had any issues. All warranties have exspired on past repairs I *** have sspoke with the owner before this was reported to the Revdex.com. I exsplained to the owner that I would make sure to sstay on top of the issue owner said ok I never heard anything back. This is a ssimple case of the owner not liking the eestimator nothing more nothing less this should of never made it to the Revdex.com it's more personal then anything
Interesting response from Scotte.
They left my property without a word and did not return any calls so to respond by I should have called them first is ridiculous. That's exactly what I tried to do.
Nothing personal at all. Just bad business practice.
This is my second response I don't know what happened to the first one I even called and left a message with the person assigned to this case. Yes I agree we were at the property and yes I agree we did work for this customer in the past there was nothing wrong with the work we did it was a new repair like I said we did work for this customer before with no problems she just did not like the estimated that went to her house I spoke with the owner after the fact to fix things so I don't even know why this is even being submitted to the Revdex.com the owner just didn't like the estimated nothing more nothing less

There is no resolution possible. I find it beyond ridiculous that the owner is happy to say it must be personal when it was clearly unprofessional behavior. I have no personal knowledge of the owner or any representative of this company. This complaint was filed after my calls were ignored for weeks after the employee came to my house and left without a goodbye or any word at all.
I only heard from the owner after filing a complaint and giving a response on social media which outlined my experience.
I really don't know what more to say about this matter I have no contract with this customer that is binding I tried to resolve this matter customer again just did not like my employee nothing more nothing less this is turning into good ready but the more it goes on it just proves my point.

Actually an inaccurate response as the original repair leaked almost immediately and Scotte roofing came back out to repair again, (left sealant splattered all over my Travertine marble patio and some furniture also) so not really a surprise when leak reappeared last year.
The fact that when the employee found out it was his companies previous work he literally took off in his van without a word and wouldn't respond to phone calls says a lot. He obviously saw what kind of job had been done in the past. Pure and simple unprofessional behavior. All business, not personal, which incidentally is a crazy excuse. I have nothing against the guy other than his lack of professionalism.
