Complaint: [redacted] [redacted] Scott H [redacted] Spent several calls that should have been used to cover the Curriculum I provided to Revdex.com, to persuade and push me to spend more moneyOnce He got me to invest the additional $10,he called many times to follow up on that and to see when I would wire the moneyOn several occasions he assured me the calls did not count and that he would let his staff know about that, because he did not spend any time on the curriculumI have complained more than once about what was going on:October 19/I wrote to Scott H [redacted] on the Trello Communication board That" I feel things have stalled and I am not Progressing at all".January,22/I texted " I am frustrated I am not getting any where with this program and I am worried I spent too much money and I am not getting aheadI think Scott has too much on his plate and people like me are not a priority"February, I texted I am really getting concerned as to whether I will get to where I would like to be.Please Refer to the curriculum I submitted before, to see what should have been covered weeklyI have also included again a page from the curriculum that states what the program I purchased included None of that stuff was covered or done.Scott came to the phone meetings unpreparedLike I said he was only interested in steering and persuading me to spend more moneyHe had refused to talk with me to resolve the issues until I filed a compliant with the Revdex.comPlease see attached text message communicationsThe last phone conversation I had with Scott H [redacted] (2/21/2018) Confirmed my concern and SuspicionHe Said that I was concerned and that he would help me outHe said that he was giving me 50, thousand dollar dicountI did not have to pay him more beuase I already paid thoundad dollarsI reminded him that the 10,dollars were not for educationHe was very arrogant at this point and told me I needed to decide on the spot and that I would be making pennies with the partnere programmeHe had told me in tha past, investing in the partner programe was better than the stock market and that other people were happy with itI was afraid of loosing my money.I reluctantly agreed so I can report the situationThen the next day (2/22/2018) I texted Soctt H [redacted] and asked for a refund of the 10,dollars right awayI do not trust Scott H [redacted] any moreI am still asking for a refund onf 19,DollarsNone of waht has been promessed has been done by Scott H [redacted]

The client paid for eight on sessions with me Scott H***I fulfilled on that and gave her more time without asking for another dollarThe client has stated on text and through the phone recordings that they did not perform the tasks in my consulting program and therefore makes it really hard for me to help them in their business I offered *** more of my time without having to pay for it and they refusedI offered her an option to spend money on traffic campaigns and that takes a year to see revenue come back which it states in the contractI offered to refund her the traffic campaigns or to put that money towards more time with consulting so she would have to spend anything more and she would not come to a mutual agreement I have our phone conversation from yesterday and my team and I are more than trying to help her and work this out but, she couldn’t come to an agreement with meShe has been very difficult and she has broken her contract and she stated in our call that she wanted my help and also wanted her money back which isn’t going to happen because I have already delivered my consulting to her in fullIf she wants my help then I am happy to do so, if you wants her money back then that’s fine as well but, she stated she wants both on our call and that isn’t going to happen I’ve tried to upload the the voice recording from our call yesterday and the Revdex.com site keeps saying a error so I am happy to email the file over or however works best Here’s the Dropbox links to download them: ***

You never voiced your concerns until the very last minute of the service you had with us and we offered you more than than what you paid for and you took our offer and at the time you were happy. We've tried to contact you via phone and email and you do not respond so we're not sure you’ve come to this conclusion and your statement here is false. Your money was accounted for and the exact dates are all in contracts between you and us everything was delivered in full as per stated. After all the hours and time spent together, we thought we had gained a mutual understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. We’ve attached the contracts and the necessary documentation show that we have delivered on the service. When we worked with you in the service we treated you with respect and courtesy, and we make sure that our customer service is a top priority. We would love to clear some things up and move forward past this as we've tried to contact you and you don’t respond.

On several occasions he assured me the calls did not count and that he would let his staff know about that,  because he did not spend any time on the curriculum. He Said that I was concerned and that he would help me out. He said that he was giving me 50, 60 thousand dollar dicount. I did not have to pay him more beuase I already paid 20 thoundad dollars. I reminded him that the 10,000 dollars were not for education. He was very arrogant at this point and told me I needed to decide on the spot and that I would be making pennies with the partnere programme.
