we purchase a type heating and cooling system from them heatpump,,air condition,,off peak,,, propane heating,,, We have had nothing but not ever for years had all working to use the heat savings that comes with it,,, its been a constant repair of one thing or another,,, and just last week we found out in repairing these things they have totally destroyed our heat pump with the way they added the Freon,, to it its all froze up and also found they had never totally hooked up the off peak heating for all these years,,, we have bought over assistant heating systems to keep us warm,,, now we have nothing but a expenseive propane furnace left,,, [redacted] and I a Disabled Vet and [redacted] who has heart conditions which is very important to have heat and air,,,, she has died twice and been brought back to life ,,, this total leaving us like this,,, we are not only out the 12,we originally paid for this system ,,, but we have never never had the use of the system for energy savings that
