Review: I paid for window tint application for my vehicle on Friday the 21st of November at 3:00pm. The tint was applied poorly, and it began to peel off less than two weeks after the application. I had been advised to not roll down my window until the car had been exposed to 72 hours of sunlight, which I made sure to follow. I have not yet rolled down the windows in my car since the tint was applied, which is well beyond the 72 hours, due to the winter weather conditions. I am very VERY dissastified with my product, and have also heard from various other clients that he has done a poor job tinting their vehicle, and refuses to refund the amount they had paid.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the 250 dollars I paid to have my tint applied.

Review: My daughter had her windows tinted Sept. 2012 and 1 window was messed up. She took it back to the place where she had it done to see if he could fix it for her. While she was there on Friday August 30,2013 he said he could fix it for a price. I was told when she had it done it was under warranty for 1 year, but he said no the tint was under warranty but the labor would cost. Both her and I did not understand that but she wanted the window fixed so we went ahead and got it done. He said bring it back in on Saturday August 31 but call first. While my daughter was there she for sick to her stomach and ask for a glass of water, his wife brought her out a glass of gatorade got in the drivers she and fell a sleep for about 30 minutes. She tried to wake her up but couldn't. She finally did and came home and explain the whole sitution to me. So on Saturday her and I went back to get it fixed we went about 3:00 pm. When we got there he ask her which window about 3 or 4 times and kinda talked into getting a braw on her front window and we both said yes. Why I don't know. While we were waiting for the car he said I could sit in the back were the chairs were. I reason I needed to sit down is because I have MS. So I sat there and he said it would take about 30 minutes. He got her front window done and then ash again which window needed fixing again we told him. It was just him and his wife Cara and 1 other lady named Diane. His wife came out of the 1 room and sat and talked with us and fell a sleep in the chair about 3 times. So he did the back door window and it was a mess so his wife told him to redo it again because she asked us to take her to the store to get a few thing so us being nice we did because she had 3 dogs in the room with no food and that's what she had to get at the store. While she was in the car again she feel a sleep 3 more times. When we got back to the shop he was sleeping. He never once look us in the eye and had dwell hanging from his mouth and so did his wife. Still not finished.Desired Settlement: Refund the money paid and the job done right. And please check these people out for drugs and animal crudity. When he started to finish the window again he fell a sleep doing that and the girl that works there fell a sleep twice in my car and when I told her to get out she did nothing but hollared at me and nothing was done about that. Please let someone check them out. That's not a good business. I myself was very scared and so was my daughter. He ended up putting a different color tint.

Review: Just like any company they ask for a down payment, well I ended up going to get the work done and sat there and paid in full to have my windows tinted in my car. When I had one window left, the windshield, the man Scotty tells me that he does not have the tint, he will order it and come back in 2 days and he will finish. I call back in 2 days, and I am told it was the wrong tint, he will have it next day UPS to him. Next day he says, yea come on and finish. Well I get there and it is the wrong tint and he seemed to be real drugged up. Make a long story short, this is going on a little over a month now, I am a repeat customer for 5 years so I trusted him to finish the job.

Basically, every time I call its a excuse now, wrong tint, bad time, dog died, sister died, daughter is sick, come back in a few days. I am just about out 60$ on this, not a huge deal to me but I figure he probably has done it to a few people before. [redacted] one time I showed up there.

Just try to give him a call, they will non-stop call you him and his "partner" for like 3 hours, and if you showed up there, you will most likely see what I am talking about [redacted] up.

Review: Today 3/26/14 I called [redacted] to remove my tint and re-install it back. Without hesitation he advised that it was at no cost to remove due to purchasing it there, and it would cost $70 to place back. After meeting up with him this morning he told me that I had to pay the $70 in cash up front and to call him later to get the tint placed back. I then later on called him with no answer. I tried texting messaging him and he responding saying he would call me ASAP. I have waited for an entire day with no contact and several calls. I have been unable to leave a voice message because his mailbox is full. I have called both [redacted] with no answer and a full mailbox. When I decided to call him from a different number he immediately called back and asked who it was. I spoke with him advising of the legal contract he had promised me and I wanted my tint back. He then began to say "he's working on it" and "he will call me later". After 8 hours I have still not heard from him. I have texted him again with no response. This man is a fraud and should be reprimanded for his unlawful actions. I decided to go down to his shop where he is located, and found out that he is no longer at that locator due to being removed for various reasons (He doesn't have a location anymore). He is no avoiding any contact with myself and continues to ignore my request. He is running an illegal business by taking cash only and screwing people over and no one should have to deal with that.Desired Settlement: Refund the money paid for my services that we not completed. Also he needs to go to jail for defrauding individuals like myself as he is running an illegal business by accepting cash only. Good luck trying to get in contact with him, he has no shop and a full voice mailbox. The number you can attempt to reach him at is [redacted] He is violating the 6 basic rights of a consumer. He needs to be reprimanded for his actions by legal action. Someone needs to do something about this "business man" to avoid future situations and problems for other individuals. This has happened to several individuals where he has lied, stolen, and defrauded individuals. Please help!! I mean just read these reviews on Google. Someone needs to do something about this!
