Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with Case ID [redacted] I would like to inform Revdex.com that the charge is totally valid as there was damage done to the TV in the room the guests were stayingAs a proof I am attaching a copy of a picture of the damaged TVThe guests were aware that we took the card only for incidentals and were also informed that the card will be charged if there is any damage to the roomThis being jor reason the bank was notable to help them with their chargeback as we also provided , them with all the proofregarding this caseThe guests never informed us that they did not use the TV when they first came in to question us about the chargeI was the one who gave them new batteries for the remote a couple of hours after they checked inSo that’s also a proof that they did use the TV.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information on this caseI will also be able to email you the damaged TV pictures if you can provide me with an email address as it won’t be clearly seen in the printoutBest regards, Nick Front Desk Manager

Scottish inn had several complaints about bed bugs and put me and my year old son in room on September,the cleaning lady told me and other customers told me me they knew the room was infested my son had bite marks and I had bite marks was on my face I told them the 2nd morning they said they no bugsAnd the owner saw the bite marks my son found the bedbug crawling on the bed I went to the emergency room to for treatment they refuse to give me my full refund $I work around the elderly and my son is in High School we have been very Depress

The information that they responded back with is false, we NEVER were given any batteries for the remote, as we never told them that remote didn't work, which he clearly stated in his response ("the guest never informed us that they did not use the tv when they first came in") how could they give us batteries for a remote when there wasn't a remote in the room?! Also we were NEVER informed that our card would be charged for anythingThere was a sign on the desk when we checked in that stated a credit card would be needed with a deposit of for a non smoking roomAlso when I went in the very first time to inquire about these charges placed to my credit card and was informed it was for a "broken tv" I asked "where is the proof?" and that question was disregarded with " you have to talk to the owner, he was the one who charged the card" I never received any proof at all!

Review: To whom it may concern, My name is [redacted]. I planned a family trip to [redacted] Park in [redacted] PA on 8/9/14 to 8/10/14. My husband and 2 sons attended. I booked my stay at the Scottish Inn via [redacted](which I have used before). I want to express to you and advise perhaps you do not have them on your website. We only stayed 1 night and if it wasn't for the fact that we were 3 hrs away from home and the loss of $87.99 I would have left. The hotel was filthy dirty, the stair well leading to the upstairs was falling apart and dirty very unkempt and had an horrible smell. When we arrived back from the park at 11:30pm the stair well was not even secured(locked) for security they should have had access only via key pass, there is a key pass swipe there however the doors were never locked. To continue when checking in a copy of my drivers license and credit card were made via copy machine. I did not like this, there is no reason to make a copy. they verified my identity and they had already processed my card. Why make a copy? When I question the man at the counter he said it was policy and that they would shred it in front of me the next morning when I checked out. Ok well by then they could have made 100 copies of it! I want to start off by saying my husband and 2 children are asthmatic. I booked a non-smoking room, however the room was full of cigarette smoke!! So bad that my 7yr old son was vomiting by 7am. I expressed this via check out at about 10am to the front desk and was informed that housekeeping sometimes smokes when cleaning! What in the world are they doing smoking when cleaning and in a non-smoking room???? The room itself was dirty! The ceiling falling apart and cracked. The furniture(wooden) chipped and falling apart and only the top of the furniture was dust free the shelf had about 1/2 inch of dust on them. The A/C unit did not work properly in order to cool the room down it had to be set on 66 degrees and even then you could not feel it across the room to the other bed. The refrigerator was not cooling though the freezer part had about 2 inches of ice in it, the shelves in the refrigerator were broken. In the bathroom there was a small hole in the ceiling were the vent fan is, the ceiling was covered in mold from lack of ventilation. The bathroom door lock did not work. The carpet was dirty and the lock on the room door (chain lock) was broken and not even attached. I am asking for a full refund due to the horrible conditions and the sickness that it caused my son. I would like a refund in the amount of $87.99.Desired Settlement: I am only asking for a refund for what I paid for the one night stay $87.99. [redacted] has tried at least 7 times to contact the manager name is DD. As well as send them emails. With no success the manager is not return calls to them, I have tried 3 times to contact the manager the staff is always saying that he is not in? The conditions are deplorable!
