The young lady that purchased the Altima missed scheduled apptsThen proceeded to have a attitude and was ugly to my repair shopThe owner of the repair shop called me in disgust about how he was treatedAt, that point Scottrock Motors changed its policy and all repairs are to be dropped off at Scottrock MotorsAn appointment was schedule from thereAfter, dropping the car off at Scottrock Motors it was taken to [redacted] au***otive as he was able to get in and done the fastestThe reason the repair shop she called told her it wasn't there was because it wasn't because they were to busy to get it inAs, I discussed with her when she dropped it off that the repairs are going through Scottrock MotorsShe had no business calling themEither way, Scottrock motors had the hub bearing replacedScottrock Motors didn't even have to put new pads and rotors onBut, after I was told they are a month or so away from needing themSo, I went ahead and had them doneAttached you will see the bill from [redacted] for the labor paid on 7/22/The parts were purchased at [redacted] Not sure about her compliant hereOr, what she ment in her complaint about a hub burnBut, I think she was burning some wacky tabackyShe picked her car up and didn't owe anythingDidn't no there was an issueIf you have any further questionYou can reach me by email or my phone number on file with yallHave a phoenimal day!!!

This is the second time that the car has been to the shop. Everything she has complained about has been to my mechanic for checking. She took it there and they checked everything and cannot find any issues with it. She has taken it back again and no problems can be found when checked at *** ***. I am not sure what the windshield wiper issue is about. The parking lights may be attributed to her grandson not turning on the parking lights. We have done everything that she has requested but cannot find anything wrong with the car as she has stated and as a result we are unable to please her

I contacted him several times cause the code was never fixed missing parts it will not be able to pass inspection next year or right nowHe blew me off so I did not trust himTook it to my mechanic he then tried to say while I was standing at *** that was tried to rip me offThis man is not a man of his wordThis van is a lemonI am not sticking another dime in this vanPlus I will put the word out how he does business He let me drive that van with tires like thatHow we he have felt if it was his wife or daughter driving van with tires like thatMost of the miles on the van the first month was from his mechanic trying to reset code not fix itEvery time I tried to set up appointment to get van looked at he never answeredHe knew he sold a lemon I have two young sons that could of lost their lives because he dishonestI have sent messages to back what I have said we also have given him months to trying makes things right before contacting anyone about the way he runs his businessHe has not tried to reach out pay back any parts or labor

Mrs*** has made no attempt to contact Scottrock MotorsThe last she was heard of was when she pick the car up from Gans Service and verified herself that there was no over heating or issuesIn fact different people that no him have bought cars from me and says he loves the car and has been driving the car around with his girlfriendShe never responded to the last complaintMake no sense to me how the Revdex.com could take another complaintWhen she never responded to the 1st oneThanks

I took the van to *** Tire and Auto and found out that it had all the problems*** *** is *** friend who passed the van

The consumer bought the car for her grandson. She called me and told me the  grandson ran over  something whether it was a curb or something in the road I do not know. The car is a low profile car so he ripped the bottom plastic guard off the bottom. I fixed that issue for them. Three days...

later she called me to tell me the radiator leaked. I told her to go set up an appointment with my mechanic which she did and they did a pressure test and no issues were found. Therefore I did what I could to fix the issues there. As far as the brake lights, I am not sure what she is talking about because she never mentioned this issue to me. The wiper blade issue was fixed the day she bought the car. It was ripped  2 millimeters and I replaced them right away. I am unsure why she is complaining to the Revdex.com because everything she has said has been taken care of. I’ve done everything I could to help them. And the warranty she has only covers engine transmission and drive axle, none of the issues the consumer has complained about but I have fixed them all in good faith at no charge to their customer.

I did notice a slight over heating issue , took the car to have it repaired, now consumer is listing other issues she wants repaired , this car came with a 30 day warranty.

In response to this complaint. The [redacted] purchased the 2002 Kia Sedona vin #[redacted] was purchased on 01/21/2017 at price of $2500.00. You will see by the attached "bill of sale." The "buyers guide" is the 2nd attachment that shows the warranty as 30 days or 1000 miles drive train warranty. Which means it covers your engine, transmission and drive axle. The check engine light that they are referring to was code [redacted] which is an evap leak and you start with changing the gas cap. The repairs scottrock motors did when it was traded in were hub bearings, flex pipe, exhaust pipe, hangers, spark plugs, coil were changed. When they purchased the vehicle it had 132409 on the miles. Not sure how many are on it now. They are wanting me to purchase the vehicle back for $1500. Let me ask you- if you go to [redacted] grocery store and purchase a loaf bread and eat some it. Do you go back and return it? HmmmmmI would be happy to offer our consignment program. That is the vehicle is brought here and I sell it.

The car is still overheating and we tried to get him to fix the car before the 30 warranty expired. He did not do anything. We would like the car fixed or another car.

It was not [redacted] I took it to find out that there was other problems it was [redacted] Tire and Auto that when I found out all the problems. [redacted] is a friend of [redacted] who passed the van
