On 09/18/2013 I was having trouble with my home A/C unit so I called Scotts A/C & Heating, LLC from Coolidge Arizona. He had done repairs on this same A/C unit that I am referring to. He came out said there was a leak so he put in 3lbs of coolant. He charged me$345.39 for the visit.
Well it was still no cooler in the house about 5 days later on 09/23/2013 I called Scotts A/C back to let him know and he refused to come back out. That same day I called [redacted] they came out said there was no leak that in fact there were a couple switches out. So they made the repairs and I was charged $346.71
I feel like Scotts A/C ripped me off…
