I had work done and they did an excellent job. job was at the quote and parts were oem quality parts that were not marked up. I feel he is honest and reputable.
Review: I dropped my car off due to problem with brakes on a Tuesday morning. Was originally told car would be done same day. After looking at it, found to be problem with master cylinder and needed to order part and would be done next day. Got call that they ordered wrong part and could not repair. I called on Friday around noon to see if part was in and when car would be done. Part still wasn't in but said it would be any time. Asked them if they'd honor a discount due to not having a car for4 days and it was a coupon they were advertising with at a gas station. He, owner, [redacted] , said he'd take 10% off labor. So call again at 4:30 pm on Friday because I needed to know when it would be done being a Friday evening before Christmas....was trying to coordinate how and when to pick car up. [redacted] said they were installing part and had to bleed brakes and test drive before releasing. I was getting frustrating at the length of time this was taking and asked why it took so long to get part. I told them I thought this job was too big for a smaller operation he ran. [redacted] got all mad and called my husband stating he took part out and was returning car back to us, unfixed,because he didn't want to deal with a customer like me. So I've been without a car for 4 days ( Tuesday thru Friday) with no loaner. I don't believe they could've installed the part and took it back out in 4 hours. If that was the case, why wasn't it repaired earlier? I want reimbursement for my time and inconvenience. Roughly the cost to rent a loaner car for 4 days. I also want people to know that this [redacted] doesn't know how to treat customers. I think he was lying to me the whole time.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for $100. For $25.00 a day for 4 days for a loaner vehicle and a BIG apology .
