1. The customer reported the damage the day after he/she stated the incident occurred.
2. The security...

cameras were reviewed, and nothing was found.3. The car wash was searched, and no pieces showed up.
4. According to the customer, the antenna was smashed, and there is no equipment in the car wash that could produce this type of damage.
5. Most cars today have a roof mounted satellite radio, we have had no other issues with XM antennas.Here at Scott's Car Wash we promptly handle any situations caused at our car wash which were factory installed. We strongly feel that the damage was not caused at our facility. Therefore, we stand by our decision to not replace the antenna.

ended a couple of years ago. With that kind of accident and It not getting fixed, clips that hold the bumper in place may have loosened which could have compromised the bumper's integrity. We have a policy of not fixing existing damages to a car.Sincerely,

Review: Today June, 21 2014, I took my car to Scott's Car Wash. When I got back to my house and got out of my car, I took notice that my rear bumper was hanging and bent backwards on the drivers side. The way that their car wash is set up, is there is an attendant at the beginning which pre-soaks and pre-soaps the car. Next the car gets pulled through an automatic car wash. At the end two attendants hand dry the vehicle. First of all, the first attendant who pre-soaks, did not properly do so to my car. As a lazy employee would do, he only pre-soaked the drivers side of my car. Even though I paid for the most expensive package and expected the best. Also that employee could see that the bumper was not hanging at all. Not even a little bit. When the car wash was complete, the two attendants who dried my car did not mention to me that my rear bumper was hanging. I then drove to my house and parked my car. To my surprise, my bumper was hanging and bent backwards. I then got back into my vehicle and drove to Scott's Car wash. When I got there I was met by the manager. I told him what happened and his reply was "Yeah I seen that". Right away he pointed to the damages and tells me that that was there. His attitude was one of arrogance and he was not willing to help or even try to make the situation right. I then drove to there other location where the owner was working to explain to him what had happened. Once again I was met with the same attitude and he tried to tell me it was my fault before even looking at my car. We then walked to my car and showed him the damage. He then pointed at a scuff on my bumper and said that that is why it happened. Going through a car wash with a scuff does not mean when you are finished your car will be destroyed. He offered no solution and was quick to walk away. Also he treated me as if I was a piece of dirt, criticizing the way I up keep my car. The only damage to my bumper prior to the incident, is a scuff for when I was rear ended over two and a half years ago. Since I was rear ended, I've been to that same car wash over twenty times and nothing ever happened to my car like this. I also get my oil changes at this location faithfully. All in all I have two complaints. First is minor and is that I paid for the gold package and the attendant slacked off during the pre-rinse/ pre-soak process. Also the attendant failing to notify me about my bumper, which was very noticeable, and letting my drive off with it hanging. This lets me know the quality of employees that Scott's Car Wash hires and that they will do anything to cover there butt. My hanging bumper theoretically could of hit another car while I was driving or parking or even completely broke off and caused an accident. Thankfully neither happened but why did the employees that saw it give me the thumbs up to drive away without letting me know. My second complaint is the major one and is my bumper. Scotts Car Wash should be liable and willing to help out one of there faithful customers. I am sure that this problem does not occur often but it surely happened to me today. For the owner of a company to be dismissive to such a big problem and have an attitude with a customer is very unprofessional. Especially when the customer is faithful and refers a lot of business to them.Desired Settlement: I want my bumper replaced. The damages were clearly caused by the car wash. The employees let me drive off without notifying me about the issue, which could of caused an accident or additional damage. This lets you know that there was a reason why they didn't say anything. (To save there own butt). Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice or maybe think that the damages occurred somewhere else. Either way I want my bumper replaced.

Review: We took out car to this business to be washed and detailed. We specifically asked that no Armor All be used in or on the car. Upon getting into the car, my husband noticed that Armor All had been sprayed all over the car (including the LCD Panel and fabric) and not wiped off. Thus, ruining the LCD panel and causing smears and stains all over. In addition, the front bumper got scratched as well as the back passenger door. The hood is all scratched where threadbare towels were used to dry the car. We called and spoke to manager who said he'd take care of it.

We drove back to the establishment to discuss this with the owner. Immediately, he was extremely rude. He claimed he didn't see anything wrong and saw no damage and started to walk off. I called him back and asked if he spoke to every customer this way and he said yes. I exclaimed that my brand new car was ruined and I had gone back to the dealer to see if the damage to the hood was normal, which I was told it was not. I started to show him the interior and he claimed he had 25 other cars waiting for him. Then he proceeded to get into the car next to me (hitting me with the car door) and drove off midconversation. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or even talk about it.

Before we met with him, we were walking by one of the open lube bays and he was driving a car into the bay. Instead of waiting for us to walk by, he drove into the bay almost hitting my daughter.Desired Settlement: I would like the manager to pay for the damages to my car and refund the detailing amount. I would also like a formal apology for the awful customer service and for hitting me with the car door.
