Review: Purchased a double reclining sofa 6 months ago. 2-3 months ago I attempted to notify them several times that my sofa was separating between the middle and right cushions to where the floor was being seen through the sofa cushions. No return calls were made to me on there behalf regarding the issue. Finally about 1 month ago a worker was sent to my home and advised me that [redacted] would call regarding having the sofa repaired, no phone call was made to me to have the issued resolved after the man was at my home to look at the sofa. 3 weeks ago after I called to see what was being done to fix my defective sofa, I was advised they could pick my couch up on Saturday and send it out to be fixed the following Wednesday because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. If I wanted to be able to keep my sofa until Wednesday I could drop it off myself at the store. Sending it out meant leaving me without a sofa for 12-45 days and nothing to replace the $600 sofa in my home for the time being. When asked for a number to reach the company fixing the sofa to see what they could do for me, I was told he ([redacted]) was not giving out the number of the salesman and there was no number to reach the company who makes the sofa. He told me there was nothing that could be done except fixing the couch. And that I would just have to go without a sofa until it was fixed because they do not have loaner furniture. I asked to return the sofa bc it had been defective for 3 out of the 6months I owned it. He then told me I could not return it and I was not understanding what he was saying. I feel that he has not helped me in getting the issue of my defective sofa fixed in a timely manner. Also the way I was spoke to was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have worked customer service in the past and have never talked to a customer or treated a customer they way he did. Being the owner of a small business he should want to help the local community and its customer's.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a total refund of the purchase price of the sofa, including tax and delivery charges in the amount of $665.68 to be able to take my business elsewhere.
