Hello, I received a letter from you about a client of ours, [redacted]. Just to keep you in the loop, all of her issues were taken care of. The drip edge was installed, the gutters are sealed (there were pinholes in the manufactured corners that were overlooked and not sealed), all the trash was...
picked up the other day. Her letter states that she had called me and I told her that we couldnt make it out there the next day to take care of the issues...the reason for that was it was RAINING.I am not going to have my crew work on a roof in the rain, it is a safety hazard. all of the issues were done and we have photos to prove it.Assigned ID on the letter is: [redacted]Thank you.
