I hired [redacted] but instead of doing his job . He stole from me .He thought he could just keep doing that to other people but he ignored that Karma exists . Two month after that he stole from another person and he called the police on him and he was arrested . His full name is : [redacted] . He is a thief and con artist .

I hired Scott West and his company to remove , clean and reinstall woodfloor . He took $4400 and instead of doing the work . [redacted] . He never lay any floor and left . He said back in january that he was going to pay back the money . He never did . I took him to court . He did not show up because he knew that he was going to be arrested for selling drugs . I am still waiting for him to pay the court judgement then I will forget that issue . The guy is dishonest and a thief . Beware

We hired Scott West to removed , clean and reinstall hard wood floor . He collected the money and left . We hired Scott West to remove , clean and reinstall the floor , plus he was going to fix a leak and drywall repair . We met on December30, 2015 . The contract was $3000 to remove , clean and reinstall wood floor about 1000 square feet . Plus he was going to nail the floor on the 2nd floor . He asked $800 , plus framing the garage door $400 , Fixing the leak $700 . He asked to be paid in the beginning $2200 which we paid . He remove some of the floor on the second floor and could not remove the floor in the kitchen . After that he asked for $2200 more claiming that he had some child support issue that he had to solve . After collected the money , he never come back .First he claimed that his [redacted] died (first week), then his phone died (second week) , then he was going to send someone else to install the floor (third week ) , then he was going to refund us our money (4th week) . He never refund us our money . Plus when they were working in the house [redacted]Desired SettlementWe need our money backBusiness Response This is a right out lie. He hired us and we did what he hired us to do. We removed ld hardwood flooring that was originally purchased down with liquid nail by another contractor. He wanted to take floor up and reinstall it.we also found mold growing around windows where there was a water leak. We also moved hot water heater. But he is using habits window din a 450,0000 dollar house.he still owes me 2400 dollars. Consumer Response I have the contract that he signed . I have proof of payments . I have all text message that he sent me where he say that he was going to send someone else to do floor because he does not do flooring . I have text messages where he said he was going to pay me back . [redacted] . I am going to scan those proofs and send them to you . Final Business Response Yes we do have a contract and we have done the work that we have been paid for. Plus he still owed 2400.00 dollars on the job. Also I have all the text messages and threats he sent to me. Plus he is using habitat materials in a 450,000 dollar house ,which there is mold and mildew he is covering up. So for any new home owners don't buy from this guy

Billing practices are sub-standard.[redacted] failed on several contacts to supply a corrected bill to file for our taxes on [redacted] Cary, NC. We have tried repeatedly via phone, text and email to have him send 3 corrected bills. We only have 2 both with the wrong customer name and address.Desired SettlementWe want 3 corrected bills for [redacted] Cary, NC (made out to [redacted]) mailed to [redacted]Cary, NC XXXXXBusiness Response Yes as I see the complaint , he ask for a receipt for tax purposes and had nothing to do with the work. I did email him the receipts several times but he said he never received them .But I did my part in emailing them.Consumer Response This is a complete lie. I coordinated all work for these projects and was there each time work was done. In fact I am married to the person who owns the house. He stated he emailed and in text several times said he would mail them. He has not. This is NOT satisfied. Please keep the complaint open Final Business Response I have tried to email to him several times. But I will hand deliver them if that will fix this problem
