I have used [redacted]'s Import Service a couple of times recently and was satisfied with them both times. [redacted] was honest and helpful in keeping the cost down as I had to have my ignition lock repaired/changed on my Suzuki Reno and he saved me money before I would have probably had to take my car in to a Suzuki dealer for the repair with the closest dealership in Houston, TX. The second problem was water flowing into the passenger side of the vehicle and when assessed by [redacted] it was just a hose that got clogged with dirt and debris that needed to be blown out. It took only a few minutes to take care of the problem and only cost me the amount of a voluntary tip. I appreciated [redacted]'s honesty especially considering that other repair shops may have tried to super impose a high charge for this very minor car problem. People need a reliable and honest auto repair shop with trustful employees and should definitely try [redacted]'s auto Import Services when necessary.
