BEWARE AND PLEASE CONSIDER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS!! This is absolutely not the place to go for repairs. The treatment I received from the service department was patronizing, rude, sexist and extremely misinformed. My [redacted] was brought here for repairs because my family thought a [redacted] dealership would offer the best quality repairs. We later learned that trusting Palmen with repairing my car was a mistake and it appeared they only cared about getting as much money as possible out of us. Palmen had the [redacted] in their possession for 2 weeks total. Initially, the car was brought in and held for a week to have a few things done and address an overheating issue. The car pickup time and date kept being pushed back and it was ready hours after I was told to pick it up. Once I had the keys, we left the dealership and headed home. We got 8 minutes away from the dealership before the car overheated again! After going back and forth with someone on the phone, they agreed to have someone tow it back. After this, Palmen had the car for another week. During this time, they gave us the runaround for days, would only answer questions when I drove to the dealership for answers, and would only speak to my uncle and my fiance promptly (both are men). Days later, they called my fiance(not me) to tell him I would need a brand new engine that would run us about $7300-7600 to fix the overheating issue. I thought this was ridiculous because the car's engine had been replaced just before we purchased the car. After receiving a second opinion, we learned that the car was overheating because a part was installed into the [redacted] incorrectly at Palmen, essentially blowing the engine and making the car unusable until there is a new engine in it. My family and I are extremely disappointed with our experience as we had been loyal customers up until this point. Please reconsider coming here if you're not willing to potentially pay for their mistakes.

The quote was provided on site to customer and they agreed to have the removal completed after given a *** discountAgain it was a no obligation free quote and all customers all welcome to compare Just Junk quotes with other removal companies quotes to make an informed decision

My husband and I went to buy a *** *** here in KenoshaThe price on the internet was pretty good at $4,for consumer cash and $for Palmen discount down to $24,But when we had Pam write up the numbers, it didn't come out that way, especially the Palmen discountThey also added a fee of $for an environmental coating over the paintwe asked what this was for, She said because they were close to some plant (I don't remember what kind) that emitted ashes or something and it wrecked the paint on their vehiclesNo matter what everyone who buys a vehicle there has to pay for something that should only affect the business which they should be the one to pay for it not the buyerWith less discount and rebate and $for a coating I didn't ask for, the price was back up to just shy of $28,Not a good deal anymore

I purchased a used car on 6/1/from dealershipOn 6/15/the transmission went outThe car was towed to the dealership My husband and I both indicated that no repair should be doneWe wanted to retain the option of using our mechanic if the dealership was not willing to pay the repair costs We did not come to an agreement regarding the repairs, but the dealership repaired the car without our permissionI am filing this complaint due to the failure of the dealership to stand behind the faulty vehicle and the unauthorized repairs

Bought a used *** from Palmen and started having problems after I got it home ( hours away)Now I have to waste my time making an appointment to get it fixed, what a total nightmareOf course after I contacted them I received the same smoke and mirrors about the questions I asked (they didn’t answer any of my questions), I just wanted the vehicle I traded in back....cricketsDo yourself a favor and read all reviews, do some research before committing to this dealership because it’s not what it seemsI used *** for my search but the dealer ratings on there are either made up or inflatedNot sure how these people sleep at night but I guess if you screw people enough times you get used to it....shame on them for their inept service and sticking it to the people who work hard for there money and just want what they paid forDisgraceful!

I have been using Scotts Lawn Service for several years. My lawn has never looked great but they have always provided an ample excuse in the past. This year, 25-30% of my lawn lost all of its grass. After speaking with multiple people and given multiple reasons for the condition of my lawn Scotts promised to get my lawn back to where it should be. They did come out and provide several services but my lawn still has a tremendous amount of bare spots and weeds. There are 30 homes in the neighborhood and my direct neighbor (who also uses Scotts) are by far the worst lawns in the community. That says that it is not a unique bug, disease or anything else. It is the company product that we are using. Scotts has told me that they are not willing to help and my lawn is what it is. I am not a hard person to deal with but if I use a lawn care company for 7 years I should have bare spots and weeds covering most of my lawn. DO NOT USE SCOTTS LAWN SERVICE!!
