We have issued check [redacted] for $for the bags of Turf Builder Contractors Mix Grass Seed that did not work to our consumer's expectations The check was issued on 3/17/and was mailed on 3/23/We would expect that the check should be received within a few business days We apologize for the delay and if we can offer further assistance, we welcome our consumer to contact us at [redacted]

The Scotts Miracle Gro Company regrets that our consumer experienced a problem with a rebate request on a container of Roundup Weed & Grass KillerWe have looked into the issue and it appears that the postmark on the request was postmarked one day later than the required last day for submissionAs a gesture of goodwill, we have put through a request to our rebate fulfillment company to issue the rebate check of $ The terms of the rebate indicate that the amount of the rebate is $per container with a limit of containers Our consumer had requested the $rebate per the rebate form submitted with the rebate requestPlease allow 2-weeks for receipt of the rebate check

I am rejecting this response because:I have mentioned several times I don't have original receipt and have two upcs not all four I didn't know I needed to keep empty bags

issuedWe found that the purchase was made days before the beginning of the Roundup rebate as stated under the terms and conditions of the rebateAs a gesture of goodwill, we have validated this request and the $rebate should be received by our consumer within to weeks The rebate request for the Scotts Turf Builder rebate was never received by the rebate fulfillment companyWe have discussed this with our consumer and made the recommendation of making copies of submissions for further documentation As a gesture of goodwill, we have also submitted this request to our fulfillment company to process the maximum rebate amount of $ This rebate, also, should be received within to weeks

They have not been investigating I called and they said they wasn't doing anything so again the company and miss *** lies all they have to do is refund me I sent in the receipt like I said my next step is court and they will hear the recodings and the written statment from ace hardware and from the specialist that help me so it is your call *** and the miracle gro company I will win since I do have voice recordings and paper prooft

We have issued check [redacted] for $181.64 for the 4 bags of Turf Builder Contractors Mix Grass Seed that did not work to our consumer's expectations.  The check was issued on 3/17/15 and was mailed on 3/23/15. We have concluded our investigation into the refund request. We have not been able to validate the receipt that was submitted to us and, unfortunately, we will not be honoring this refund request.
