A deal was struck for purchasing wood slabs and 2 entire logs included with the purchasing price (Wood Slabs). A deal was struck to pay as they were finished and to have full rights to the logs. Receipts were exchanged each time slabs were collected which in hand show for first receipt $1,500 with second showing for $1,000. Upon trying to collect the rest of the log and paying in full the $600 upon collection it was discovered that the said business sold the rest of the log which was already purchased and spoken for to a 3rd party for price unknown. (Sold from under our rights to Timberloon out in Naches). Upon trying to remedy the situation and end agreement. a Deal was attempted to take from Timberloon on what they paid for our "rights" to and call rest a wash to complete our work. No deal could be struck with the 3rd party who wanted to profit off the logs that they had just purchased which we owned from our supplier. What was going to be $600 was then going to cost us another $3500 to get our log back....... This log didn't have full right to be sold to a 3rd party and was sold without our permission and without our agreeing to when receipts show our purchase of the log. We are not happy with whatever ponzi scheme these two businesses tried to pull.
