Anthony LM [redacted] aka ALM Home Improvement not only provided a very unprofessional experience but Anthony LM [redacted] is also a THIEF/SCAM! Anthony LM [redacted] abandoned the project after receiving 80% of the total contractual agreement which included both labor and material; however 80% of the labor and material were not received or completedDO NOT USE!!! This individual/company is definitely a SCAM!!!

The Vehicle Was Not In An AccidentThere is Street Parking By My House And I Woke Up One Morning And Seen My Car Was Side Swiped By Someone That NightThere Is Small Scrape And Slight Blue Paint transfer That Can Be Buffed OutSomeone Also Shattered My WindshieldHowever, That Does Not Coincide As To Why My Catalytic Converter Is CloggedAnd Has To Be ReplacedI Can Only Drive My Car For A Limited Amount Of Time Before It Runs Hot And Turns OffI Also Noticed On Paperwork, That He Understated The Price Of What I Paid For The Vehicle And Falsely Put What time I Purchased The Vehicle.The Paperwork says 6:pm and I Brought the Car at pmI have a Witness that took me to purchase the VehicleI Have Took My Car To A Auto Repair Shop and They stated That The Exhaust Was Already damaged before I Brought the vehicleHe falsely Sold me The car on someone else's premises, its a dealership as well.(Butler Auto Works) I spoke with the Owner of the shop,He is willing to give me a statement stating That *** *** Does not Work For HimThe paperwork says No Warranty, but I'm unable to operate my car for a long period of timeHe (*** ***) Stated To Me and My Uncle whose a Mechanic that "He Drove The Vehicle At mph on the Highway Back From Chicago, that's how he knew nothing was wrong with the car"He (*** ***) Has yet to say He Had It Checked Out Thoroughly To Make Sure Everything Is WorkingSomeone Side swiping my Vehicle, and Shattering my Windshield Has Nothing To Do With As Why My Catalytic Converter Went Out A week later after Purchasing The VehicleHe Refuses To Help Pay For The Rapairs Or Even Remedy The ProblemThat Is Considered An Unfair Practice, especially Wen the Vehicle Was Made Available To Him

I did speak with this customer (*** ***) on several occasions after 4/10/and let her know she purchased a vehicle that was signed As is not Warranty on the purchased contract and the buyer guide also As is no warranty signed my customer after the inspection of the vechicle
and she also test drove before her purchase I even went as far as to take a mechanic to her home on 04/11/ At which time I noticed that the Audi had been in some sort of accident I do have before photos before she took procession and also photos that I took on 4/11/after seeing the vehicle in that state of dents scratches I took pictures and left I can provide signed documents of As NO WArranty sighned my customerr and also before and after photos I am sorry but I will not provide a refund But I will have my mechanic assisted with repairs at her expense Thank you *** ***
