Worst cab experience ever! Surprised my father-in-law with a lifetime trip to SuperBowl 49 who is dying of brain cancer. Upon paid in advance reservation to game, company exposed my credit card info, failed to show and pick us up, and although after apologizing for error and offering to return my money took over 4 months to win my claim with vendor through credit card company! Can't believe the lack of customer service and disregard for human life I was trying so hard to make memorable - I will NEVER use their services again!!!

Horrible company. They claim to background check their drivers however, they hired a convicted sex offender (a pedophile at that)!!! Disgusting and dangerous!!! Do not use!!! Beware!!!
