REF: ID#: [redacted] Gentlemen:I am in receipt of a letter dated 10/7/2015, from your establishment Revdex.com indicating that a complaint had been submitted to Revdex.com by a potential customer, [redacted] , ID#: [redacted] Please be advised that I was running a special on cryotherapy In order to get the special rate, Mrs [redacted] purchased a package of at a discounted price, three weeks prior to her appointment She came in for treatment three weeks after having purchased the packageHowever, when she arrived for treatment the machine was out of service And although I had made telephone calls to most of my clients letting them know that the cryotherapy machine would be out of service for about to weeks, I somehow missed having to place a call to Mrs [redacted] The delay was due to a part that was being delivered from overseasI take responsibility for not having reached Ms [redacted] to inform her that the machine was not operating I somehow missed placing a telephone call to Ms [redacted] However, upon learning that Mrs [redacted] was at the clinic, I tried making arrangements for Mrs [redacted] to be serviced at Sonora Naturopathy Center Unfortunately, their cryotherapy machine was out of service as well I apologized to Mrs [redacted] for the inconvenience I then proceeded to inform her that the machine would be down for about three (3) weeks But that I would be in touch with her once the machine was up and running For the inconvenience, I offered Mrs [redacted] s, free of charge, six (6) extra treatments, a value of $ It actually took longer than expected to get the machine back and running A month later she called requesting reimbursement of her monies She also requested to be informed once the machine was back up and operating So I agreed to reimburse her Please note, during the time that I Mrs [redacted] requested reimbursement, I was transitioning from Payment Revolution credit card merchant to Mind Body Processing Merchant Somehow reimbursement did not go through However, it was a month later when Mrs [redacted] informed me that she had not been reimbursedWhen Mrs [redacted] called me hysterical, I immediately checked the merchant statement The embarrassment I felt when I found out that Mrs [redacted] had not received her monies And although I had informed Mrs [redacted] that I would look into it and correct whatever wrong she felt had been done to her, she proceeded to threaten me, cursed at me, and call me a “con artist.’ Once I was able to track what had happened, I decided to write her a check #*** (attachment) and a note: Dear Mrs [redacted] , Upon verification with my bank, it was discovered that your request for reimbursement was never issued I am, therefore, issuing you a check for the amount of $1, This will cover the amount of your package purchased of $1,and $for your inconvenience I understand the inconvenience this might have caused, and I am sorry for this In order that I may continue to be of service, I am offering you six (6) cryotherapy treatments at no cost to you, a value of $each or $450.00.You are free to use them as you please and it will never expireOnce again, I am sorry for the inconvenience that this might have caused.Sincerely,Angelo A [redacted] Director With cryotherapyI submitted the above mentioned check via certified mail, next day delivery Upon checking my statement I noticed that Ms [redacted] had cashed the check # [redacted] on September 28, I also noticed that on September 25th, three (3) days prior, she had been reimbursed for the original amount of $1,In other words, she was reimbursed twice.Considering the manner in which Mrs [redacted] behaved, I no longer wish to do business with her.Scottsdale Cryotherapy has been in business since It services many athletes and professionals It has excellent reviews Scottsdale Cryotherapy has received accolades and star reviews It has been on several channels including Fox news We at Scottsdale Cryotherapy pride ourselves in customer service and customer satisfactionIf you wish to further discuss this matter, I can be reached at [redacted] I can also be reached at [email protected],Angelo A [redacted] Director with cryotherapyAttachment
