This office uses deceptive billing and scheduling practices. They call you to schedule a "routine maintenance" visit which is fully covered by insurance. Once you are done however you find out they did another procedure on you which is only covered at 80% and then they slap you with a bill.

My bill is not big enough to demand settlement, but it is enough to make me look elsewhere for dental services
