The plaintiff did not submit her rent in the proper  manner and the current  'management company' [redacted], did not receive her rent for Scottsdale Haciendas. She paid to the old owner and the rent was never received.  She was asked to provide  proof  of a cancelled...

check and where it was deposited.  This proof  did not come as the previous owner  was difficult and would not respond except for saying he did not receive it. Therefore, the manager Sharon G[redacted] kept her deposit of $200.  When discussing with Ms. [redacted] over a number of phone calls, I, Rhonda H[redacted] (Supervisor over Sharon G[redacted]) decided to give Ms. [redacted] back her deposit in spite of the way the previous owner  was not cooperating.  Ms. [redacted] was given her $200 back. She asked for $300, and I told informed her that she should seek any other monies from the previous owner, as Scottsdale Haciendas did not receive December 2014 rent from Ms. [redacted]. [redacted] is not the owner of Scottsdale Haciendas, but the management company for the owner of Scottsdale Haciendas.  Again, same as the above, her deposit of $200 was refunded to her and if she was seeking any other monies she would need to take that up with the previous owner, as Scottsdale Haciendas did not receive December 2014 rent from Ms. [redacted]. Please feel free to contact me directly  with any questions.
