Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this because :1. The charge for mounting and balancing at the time of purchase was $10 per tire. No reasonable person would believe that fee increased 150% in 33 months.2. I called [redacted] after receiving the response from the owner posing as a buyer of...

new tires on 5/6/15 @ 11:14 AM and was quoted a price of $15 per tire by [redacted] to mount and balance. The labor is the labor. Why would labor on a warranty item be 75% higher?3. The sales associate most definitely told me that there was paperwork involved in a warranty return, hence the ridiculous  $100 mounting and balancing charge. 4. Nowhere on their website is a $100 mounting and balancing charge mentioned.5. If the owner would prefer not to handle this fairly and amicably through the Revdex.com  I would be more than happy to meet him in small claims court
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: I set up an account with Scott Trade in order to purchase a particular stock not available from my current brokerage account. I had to send money for the stock purchase into my Scott Trade account electronically. The system is fine with you depositing money electronically. I then tried to buy the stock. The system said the money in the account had to be verified. I waited three days, during which time the money was removed from my account and sat in Scott Trades account, but I didn't have access to it.Finally my money was "verified" after three days. I tried to buy the stock and my address had to be "verified" as well. I said screw it, I'm done, give me my money back on October 13th. Scott Trade's answer was that they can't transfer the money electronically for free...even though they can accept electronic transfers. My two options were to have a check written out and sent to me via snail mail or I could spend $25.00 to have my own money wired back to me.I said send the check to me. The Check was supposedly sent out on October 13th. Now November 6th, 25 days after I requested my money be returned the check hasn't arrived. I called Scott trade and was told there would be a $25.00 stop payment fee on the check if I wanted it cancelled and resent and an additional $25.00 fee if I wanted the money wired to my account. They did offer to waive the cancellation fee, but I'd still be out $25.00 to have them wire the money to my account. They also put a check for $1,050.00 dollars in the mail without bothered to place any type of tracking on it.So I'd have to spend $50.00 to stop payment of the check and get my own money returned to me.Every other financial institution that I deal with can transfer money for free, except Scott Trade. This is amateurish crap. This company is worthless and way behind the times.I wouldn't go near Scott trade with a any amount of money.Desired Settlement: I want them to wire the money into my account and to waive the wire fee and the stop payment fee on the check since they couldn't provide the service for which I created the account and wired money into it.
