In response to your letter, I have included a copy of the adoption agreement form that Ms***completed at the time of adoptionIt is stated in our adoption agreement that all intact pets must bespayed or neutered, and this is included in her adoption fee if done at our facilityWhen
contacted by Ms.*** I explained to her that there was a communication error between shelters regarding her pet notbeing previously spayedI have offered multiple times that she come back to our facility to have her spayprocedure done here again, at no cost to herIf she had, this would have been resolved weeks agoAspart of her adoption agreement, we are still willing to honor her spay procedure to be done at our facility.Unfortunately she has restricted our ability to help as she has refused to bring "Pretty Woman' hereAswritten in our adoption agreement we do not cover the cost of the spay procedure to be done elsewhere. At no point prior to this has Ms*** contacted us when 'Pretty Woman' had medical concernsWehave office hours seven days a week to accommodate our clients, and if a medical concern arises we canget our patients in the same dayShe also failed to schedule her FREE two week follexam andstool check as part of our agreementWe have done our best to help Ms*** in a courteous andprompt fashion, but she has made herself more a part of the problem, rather than the solutionI haverecorded the conversations I had with Ms*** and if you prefer;I can provide you a copy forfurther review.Sincerely,Amanda S*Adoption DirectorScottsville Veterinary Adoptions

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,

Scottsville veterinary Adoptions was not open when I took Dashi to the emergency room.   Two they adopted out a sick animal and also a unspayed dog which is against the NYS shelter laws.  Dashi had to be seen on emergency basis twice now.  I have spoke to Amanda at Scottsville Veterinary Adoptions numerous times and she was not only rude but her story keeps changing.  I do not trust Scottsville Veterinary Adoptions will properly treating my dog as they have failed to do so several times now.  I have previously attached supporting documentation from NYS showing the laws that adoption agencies must file.  Scottsville Veterinay adoptions adopted out an unspayed dog and they had marked her as spayed on her adoption from without any proof (spay certificate) from the shelter where she was obtained from.  Amanda was also unable to find any notes or indications that she was even checked to see if she was spayed.  Her paperwork from the shelter Scottsville obtained her from clearly showed she was not spayed.  They have caused my pet distraut, additional financial hardships and have violated the adoption laws in NYS.  Please also see the attached complaints I have with our agencies and well as this one with the Revdex.com.  The documents Scottsville sent you clearly show that they had her MARKED as already spayed so the section they marked with a * is not relevant.  They have false information on her contract and had no proof that she was spayed.  I can also provided all the veterinary bills showing Dashi was taken to a proper veterinary hosptial for all routine visits and up to date vaccines.  Gates Veterinary hospital, Veterinary specialists of rochester and [redacted] veterinary hospital.I also can send any additional information needed.
Bottom line the Scottsville Veterinary agreement is not valid as the have inaccurate information on it.  I have proof that she was not spayed.  The cannot provide any proof that she was spayed.
