Thank you for contact us , the customer was asking about the return policy before to make the purchase, we explain the return policy to the customer , she agreed to make the purchase after day she never come back , when she call customer service mall management the explain about the return policy, on she say it expensive to her we try to offer the customer a discount , And after so long we cannot do any return?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not trueIf I had known the return policy, why would I wait day past the days to contact the mall management & try to return the merchandise if I had known the return policy? Correct, they did offer me a discount on the phone, but why would I take a partial refund for merchandise I purchased only days before, that is still in its original packaging that they can turn around & sell for the original amount again? This is the only company I HAVE EVER purchased from that the person cannot return the product for a full refundWhat harm will it cause the company?
