We had our 1st and last dealing with Scotty's services in Hamlin, PAWe called them because our water heater (was only years old) had issues We were told by Scotty, himself that it was under warranty and to replace the water heater with the exact same brand and unit, etc We would then be reimbursed if the water heater company found our water heater to be defective We never heard from Scottys We had to keep calling to check up on the status Every time we spoke to Scotty, himselfthe story of what we were dealing with changed Months later after we called again, we were told that Scotty's was reimbursed for the water heater unit and we were not going to get our $back because that was the labor involved We were completely mislead and we thought how much could their labor be? So, we asked for an itemized bill and it showed that the 6.lhours of labor was $and parts= and the profit margin was $We happen to live in a neighborhood of nice homes and we also feel that we were taken advantage of because of where we live (assuming that we don't care about money)We are absolutely not happy with this company and Scotty!
