I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I asked to be removed from the Barbri course within the first three days of class, as was the policyBarbri in MN misled students into thinking that this would be an actual class with an instructor, class discussion, etcInstead, it consisted of watching pre-recorded, old videos addressed to students in other statesNo representative of Barbri showed up to the class two of the three days I attended (and only stayed minutes out of three hours on the first day). A fellow student would pop in the videosThere were technical issues and no one was present to manage the students or answer questionsThis was not a positive learning environment and it certainly was not the class that I was told it would be. I am not a video learner and informed the MN Barbri representative, Kim W, of this and asked for a refund per the policyKim told me to give the videos a try and if it did not work out, I could get a refund or she would enroll me in the "live" class in the SummerIt did not work outThe Winter course should not have counted as my first courseI will accept a half refund
