I am rejecting this response because: This is not trueIf I had known the return policy, why would I wait day past the days to contact the mall management & try to return the merchandise if I had known the return policy? Correct, they did offer me a discount on the phone, but why would I take a partial refund for merchandise I purchased only days before, that is still in its original packaging that they can turn around & sell for the original amount again? This is the only company I HAVE EVER purchased from that the person cannot return the product for a full refundWhat harm will it cause the company? Absolutely none! & the manager admitted as much on the phone.?
