Scotty's Speed and Diesel

Review: I put my Truck in scotty's shop on 10/27/14 with hopes of him fixing the current problem..it is now 2/23/14 and I am still not in possession of my vehicle..we made many attempts to contact this business,after it was paid with no success left message after message he told us approximately a week after we put the vehicle in the shop that he had fixed the truck it was running and the expenses would amount to 847$ at this current time we were residing in Georgia..with limited access to Delaware..so we contacted a friend sending him the expenses for the truck via western union..the third party which resides in Delaware proceeded to pay the expenses and obtain immediate possession of the vehicle..paying for the vehicle was a success..but obtaining it has been quite a battle..the 3rd party that paid scottys informed us that the vehicle was in fact not working..scotty attempted to crank the vehicle to no prevail the vehicle. Remained on scottys property..again we attempt to contact Scotty with no luck..we then reached out to another mutual friend for help she is also a resident of Delaware..she went to the place of business to also gain possession of the vehicle upon her arrival she was informed that she was expected to pay a storage fee totaling to about 2700$ my significant other talked and worked out a deal where he would remand expenses until we relocated back to Delaware..but he would release the vehicle to the fourth party..A few hours later the fourth party contacts us informing us that Scotty stated to her that he would have to get the truck running it was Going to snow to return in 3days and he would have the vehicle running..she returned and Scotty was nowhere to be found which was the recurring cycle for the next failed attempts to meet up with him..to gain possession of the vehicle..she finally shows up at the place of business and he's there with a whole different story...now informing her that we would in fact have to pay 2700$.to gain possession of the vehicle non working...Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the expenses paid out for the truck..I demand the vehicle be running as he stated it was..I would like to sue for loss of work..emotional distress and any expenses we have spent or will have to spend dealing with this matter..
