I am rejecting this response because:
I do not find this response to be "in good faith" First, please notice the copy paste errors in your response to me (much like the letter I got in the mail) I am referred to as "Mrs [redacted]" as "she" as "he" and as "Mr [redacted]" who I am sure is another unhappy customer, but not me! Ms. [redacted], whom I spoke with, has no information that would give her or the insurance company she works for any reason to deny my request. We followed instructions. We have a driveway up to the road runner products standards. and we have done nothing wrong (like SO many other people who have damaged driveways from your products) You copy and pasted your reasons to deny my request that I got in the mail and it did not pertain to me or my situation. To further prove my point, you did this once again with your response "in good faith" to the Revdex.com claim. It is quite sad that you have to copy and paste things and can not send a personal letter. You must have so many claims and unhappy customers. If this is on your insurance company, and you want to be looked at as a well respected company, I suggest you investigate what is going on. I have called your company back regarding my claim. I am not surprised that I have not heard back,  But I do see how eager you are to respond here, on the Revdex.com. I have made contact with several other people with this same issue who are not happy and they have gotten the same response and rejection (ironic? I don't think so) . For instance the lawsuit that recently happened in Kentucky. It is just sad. If you OR your insurance is making a decision in good faith. Send someone out here to see this damage! If someone has used your product as described. how are you denying them this courtesy?

I am rejecting this response because:
I hate to go back and forth here. BUT FIRST> WE did not use the product all in one day. I believe it is in the email and you have my statement on how much was LEFT In the bottle. SO this is false and not accurate. Second. Mr [redacted]s statements have been thrown out due to his Tramatic brain injury, and other psych. issues he has going on (which we discussed and I can further backup with documentation from the VA Psychiatrist or the caregiver program. He can not manage bills, he can not be left alone at night, and he certainly can not talk about a claim when he was not even the one who put down the product. This was understood and I was informed that decisions would not be made until speaking to me (the one who used and put down the road runner product) I didn't use the whole bottle.  There was left over and you have all of this information. I used as directed. Also, the insructions note to remove the product when the ice melts and there is slush, etc....I did that. As soon as the product was melting the ice, it was removed. That is also when I learned that it has put holes in my driveway. Bottom line is. You are responding to me here but not working with me on the other end (your insurance company) My words were clearly twisted, and yes. I know I can not use the recording, but I DID record! So I have proof that I never said the whole bottle was used. that is insane! This company has some serious issues and is not standing behind their product. Their  are many victims, like myself,  with destroyed driveways from your product. Make this right. Quit making excuses. Quit lying. Research your insurance company. They are doing some dirty work which is reflecting on Scotwood Industries.
Regards,
