Scoutfocus did a great job on their camp in LA. I was a tiny bit disappointed in the highlight video only because they didn't put everything my son did on his video he had a dunk and a few tip in that weren't added to the video. But other then that they did an awesome job. I would take my son back. Thank you Joe Davis and crew for the awesome experience.

I am a single parent who was deceive by [redacted] and Scoutfocus. They sold us a pipe dream. I paid for a service and product that I did not receive. The address listed on the envelope we received is different from the address options on the previous page. It is:[redacted], Scoutfocus [redacted] NC XXXXX. 252/389/9777 or fax:99/380/8149, email ;[redacted]@scoutfocus.com.On August 30, 2015 I paid [redacted], $224.00 for my son to attend a day game at M13, on Ella in Houston, Texas. The cost was for $195 camp registration and $94 for Highlight ideo+evaluation+DVD. We were promised that the products would be received 2-4 weeks after the camp. After more than two dozen attends to contact them by telephone and email. We have yet to receive a response to our telephone calls or emails. I sent a final email directly to the Owner [redacted] requesting a full refund of $94 for the products not received. I have never received a call nor my refund. What I did receive on Saturday January 2, 2016 was a card from [redacted] Washington, NC XXXXX, with a card enclosed from [redacted] notifying that 1 bible had been donated in my son's name. My son is a minor and whomever this card came from should not be donating anything in my son's name. At this point the only thing I am requesting from [redacted] Scout focus is a full refund in the amount of $94. for the products we did not receive. My son needed those videos and highlights to send to colleges I am just one of over 200 families that were deceived by [redacted] and his company I am a single mom on a strict budgetDesired SettlementI am demanding a 100% refund of $94.00 and a written apology to my son. Business Response We emailed the video out to you about a month ago and it was actually posted 2 months ago under the name he was registered under. [redacted] We will mail another DVD copy out in the mail. Please email [redacted]@scoutsfocus.com to confirm your correct address in case we have the wrong one on file.

Scouts Focus do not provide the products that they promise or advertise. There is no response to inquiries after payment has been made.I paid for my daughter to participate in the March basketball camp in Chicago area. I also paid $119. for the package that included, an evaluation, scouting video, and highlight video. She attended this camp to get a ranking and the package items to post and provide to college scouts. To date, we have made at least 8 attempts to contact the company, using the phone number, text number and email listed and have yet to hear from any one nor have we received an of the products we purchased. We traveled 400 miles, paid for hotel, and other common expenses and didn't receive any feedback from the company at all. If there is an evaluation, highlight video, and scouting video, I want it. [redacted]Desired SettlementIf there is an evaluation, highlight video, and scouting video, I want it. [redacted] Business Response Here's her highlight video and scouting video which has been posted on youtube for over a week. Was posted 3 weeks ahead of our promised time frame. [redacted]Evaluation will be sent to you in about a week. Thanks!Consumer Response I was able to see the video via youtube after getting a response. The lack of communication and notification is the issue being that there was none. I made several attempts, various ways and didn't get a response until I reached out to the Revdex.com. My payment process was a lot smoother. I look forward to the evaluation. Thank you.Final Business Response Thanks, we are trying to get the evaluations out this week. Call us XXX-XXX-XXXX with any questions or concerns. Thanks!

Purchased a package that has not been delivered, after several promises it was on the way.My son attended the Scouts Focus Camp in Brewster NY on Oct 17-18, 2015. They advertised themselves as, "Featured in various places such as SLAM Magazine, ESPN SportsCenter, Yahoo!, and Sports Illustrated among others."I purchased a 3-piece package including a scouting video, highlight video, and written evaluation. The instructions were to watch the Scouts Focus YouTube channel, where campers highlight videos would be posted 2-3 weeks after the event. After the promised delivery date had passed, I called, and corresponded via Facebook. I was asked to be patient, as their video guy was very ill. I wished him a speedy recovery.Days leading up to Thanksgiving, I called again and was told they were back up and running, and were even going to work on Thanksgiving Day in order to get caught up. I thanked them very much. I kept checking the YouTube channel. I was hopeful when I saw his team-mates, and others who attended the same camp, had videos posted. My son's was not there.I waited a fair amount of time before writing again on 12/20, "College applications are due 1/15, and we need the video/evaluation asap. [redacted], [redacted] #178 @ Brewster NY camp, 10/17"On 12/22 I received a message, "[redacted] the NY videos are going up and some have been uploaded earlier this Morning!" I confirmed the web address of the You Tube channel, and they said it was correct. My son's was not posted. On 12/23 I wrote, "Hi Again! Are the videos being posted one event at a time? I see many videos from Brewster have already been posted, but now other events are coming up." I did not get a reply. On 12/24, I wrote, "Could you please tell me the status for: TM1 178 [redacted] October 17-18, Brewster NY, I was promised it would be posted more than a week ago. I understand you're behind, but his teammates' videos have been posted, as well as November 7th videos (3 weeks after his event!). Thanks again!"On 12/28, we had the following correspondence:Scouts Focus (SF): "[redacted] we apologize for the delay and will get his video posted ASAP". Me: "Thank you! That would help greatly! I'll keep an eye out today. He's also in queue for the full scouting video & evaluations".SF: "we are working to get the scouting videos up from all our camps and finishing the last part of our evaluations!"The video was not posted. On 12/30 I wrote, "Please help!! Got word from a D1 & D2 school, both are very interested in [redacted]. They are at a stand still till they can view video. Can you please push to get his done today? [redacted], TM 1, #178, [redacted] Camp: Brewster, NY, Oct 17-18". I did not get a reply. On 1/5 I wrote, "Happy New Year! Checking in regarding [redacted]'s video. You can see him on his teammate's video, he comes in at minute 2:12, and makes a basket. He's #178, at Brewster NY. If his teammate's video is posted, why isn't [redacted]'?" I included 3 links to his teammates' videos on the Scouts Focus YouTube channel. I did not get a reply.Today, 1/7, I wrote, "Do you need more information?" After no response, I wrote, "Please respond. I have a Revdex.com complaint form ready to send, but would rather give you the opportunity to deliver my order before going that route." Still no reply.I understand that delays happen. I've been very patient, especially after several promises that the video would be posted "soon". We paid a LOT of money to attend the camp, and more money to purchase the package. I have also called XXX-XXX-XXXX MANY times, last time was today, only to get voicemail (I always try all the extensions offered). We still have nothing in-hand, and now they have gone silent.Desired SettlementIt has been almost 10 weeks since my son attended the camp. I would like the products I paid for- immediately.Business Response We sent the highlight video this morning. We are about to send the evaluation right now. Thanks!

I paid for a basketball hi-light video/DVD & eval & only received a minuscule eval for $94; attended camp 27-28 Feb 16, M13 Ctr, [redacted]purchased 2/26/Desired Settlementpaid 2/26/16; 4/25/16 rec'd email saying info posted; only eval was online, no hi-light/dvd not received; texted/emailed 4/25;4/25; 3/3/16; 3/12/16;3/13/16; 2/16/16 (rec'd rude reply)3/29/16. Gave deadline of 6/7/16 for resolution. I'd like at least an $85 reimbursement. I was promised that my son's basketball highlights would be online several times & I did not receive a DVD. There is only a small blurb eval about my son online and that's it. At this point, I'm sure if a highlight video was made it would just be thrown together. I'd like a reasonable refund of my $94. Thank you.Business Response We mailed out [redacted]'s hihglight DVD and we posted it online here: [redacted]It was 2:41 so one of the longest ones we had. Thanks!

We paid for services contained in a contract to be delivered that were not.My son [redacted] attended a Scouts Focus event in Atlanta GA on 9/19 and 9/20 2015. According to what we were all promised for the upgraded package were supposed to receive a critique, a video of my son, nothing we paid for was ever delivered. We have tried to resolve this issue several times, but receive the hamster on the wheel treatment! WE WANT OUR money back! This company has had more than enough time to come to a resolution with us. Sincerely,[redacted]Desired SettlementRefund Business Response Hi [redacted] ighlight video has been up since December and we also emailed it a while back: [redacted]Also, here is his scouting [redacted]Also here is his evaluation we sent out a while ago as well: [redacted]Thanks and please let us know if you need anything else!ScoutsFocus
