 As of today, I have not received my refund.  The Revdex.com told me that Scovoti has not contacted them.  Scovoti said they contacted Revdex.com. I need this to end.  Give me my refund and let's end this.

Review: On Dec. [redacted] 2014 I went into the agency to inform them that I was selling my house on 12/*/14. they told me to come back after the sale. on 12/*/14 I went again into the agency to inform them that the policy had to be cancelled. in feb of 2015 I received an invoice from travelers insurance for the policy I thought was cancelled on 12/*/14. I called the agency again and at that time they called travelers and we had a three way conversation. I was informed that I would receive a REFUND as I had paid the policy to 12/**/14 and didn't own the house after 12/*/14. well, now I have a letter from a collection agency. this could ruin my very high credit score. all because some one at this agency did not do their job. if they had done anything correctly, travelers would not be suing me. this is the second time I have dealt with this agency and now the second time they are in error.Desired Settlement: need a letter from them that I will receive my refund and that they are the ones that made the mistake. I have always paid my bills and these incompetent workers have messed up. I also want the letter to state clearly that I have paid in full and that I will receive me overpayment.
