I made an appointment with Window Bright to provide me screens for some windows. Window Bright failed to show up during the agreed upon appoint window. Window Bright made no attempt to call me to advise he would be late and when I called him to cancel as I had another appointment. they were rude and ended the call by telling me that it was my loss. They may have an A+ Revdex.com rating but if they can't get there when their suppose to, or at the very minimum call to let you know they aren't reputable in my book.

The work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. They started working at 7:00 (the exact time that they said they would be there) just before leaving for work. The care and time they took to make sure that tarps were placed all around to protect our deck and furniture showed that they do care about their customer's home.
I came home from work and our roof looked amazing and you would not have even known they were there in the morning, not a single piece of old shingle or debris was left behind.

They took care to move lawn furniture etc., out of the way and covered plants to prevent damage. You wouldn't know they had been there after they cleaned up unless you looked at the roof.
